At Preyashi, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@preyashi.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipment.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product defects, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
